Disputes

This arbitration provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Before you commence arbitration of a claim, you must provide us with a written Notice of Dispute that includes your name, residence address, email address or phone number, a detailed description of the dispute, and the relief you seek. If we are unable to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days after the Notice of Dispute is received, you or we may commence arbitration.

For any dispute not resolved in small claims court or not otherwise required to be arbitrated, you agree that it will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the City of Norfolk, Virginia. The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, to the extent not preempted by or inconsistent with federal law, will govern these Terms and Conditions without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Miscellaneous

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and PrimeStreet as a result of these Terms and Conditions or your use of this Website. You agree that all notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You shall use this Website for lawful purposes only. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, all other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
